Faucets, showers, tubs, and sinks specified from Ferguson and Kohler + Supply New England — a fixture schedule your plumber installs from, no guesswork.

Lighting Fixtures

Pendants, sconces, and lamps selected to a lighting plan — sourced through Rejuvenation and our trade network, handed to your electrician ready to hang.

Tile & Finishes

Tile, hardware, and finish selections that hold the design together — including specialty sourcing through Tony's Imported Tile.

Walkthrough & Brief

We walk the space, hear how you live in it, and set the budget and the rooms in scope. You leave the first meeting knowing what the engagement covers.

Design & Selections

Layouts, color palette, and a full selection package — furniture, fixtures, tile, and finishes — presented for your approval before anything is ordered.

Sourcing & Orders

Approved selections are ordered through our trade accounts. We track lead times, coordinate deliveries, and chase the vendor when something needs chasing.

Install Coordination

Fixture schedules and drawings go to your contractor, plumber, and electrician. We stay on call through install so the design lands the way it was drawn.

Not Your GC

Demolition, framing, and construction management belong to your general contractor. We hand them a buildable package and stay coordinated.

No Licensed Install Work

Plumbing and electrical installation is done by your licensed plumber and electrician — from the fixture schedules and plans we produce.

No Structural Design

Moving walls and anything load-bearing needs an architect or structural engineer. We design within the envelope they define.

Networking Folds In

Open walls are the moment to pre-wire. Our structured cabling and PoE camera scope joins the same project when you want it.

Common Questions

Before you ask

Are you the general contractor?+
No. We design, select, source, and coordinate — your GC, plumber, and electrician do the licensed installation work. If you don't have a contractor yet, we can work alongside the one you hire and hand them a complete, buildable selection package.
Do I have to use your trade accounts?+
No, but they're a real advantage: trade pricing relationships, in-house design consultations several brands include at no separate fee, and early access to new collections — often two to four weeks before retail. You get all of it without opening a single account yourself.
Can you do just one room?+
Yes. A single kitchen, bath, or living room is a normal engagement. Whole-home remodels just run the same process across more rooms.
Does this connect to your network and camera work?+
Cleanly. If your remodel opens walls, it's the cheapest moment you'll ever have to pre-wire — we fold our structured cabling and PoE camera scope into the same project so the walls only open once.
