Retrofit the network in your existing home with minimal drywall damage. Site survey, wired backhaul through attics and basements, ceiling-mounted PoE access points, equipment rack cleanup, and PoE security cameras. The house works better — without rebuilding it.

One subcontract covers structured cabling, equipment rack, PoE cameras, and Wi-Fi AP placement from your architectural drawings — plus Cat6A rough-in to TV walls and any smart-device location your homeowner wants pre-pulled. Coordinated with your trades, documented at closeout.

Consumer routers and mesh pucks were built for a household of three browsing the web — not the load the average house carries today. We retrofit and pre-wire homes with the same equipment class we deploy in commercial buildouts.
Wired Backbone
Cat6A to every drop, wired backhaul to ceiling-mounted access points. Wi-Fi is for things that have to move — the rest gets a wire.
PoE Security, Not Wi-Fi
Every camera runs on Cat6A. No batteries, no signal complaints, no vendor cloud lock-in. Local NVR storage, remote viewing on your terms.
Documented & Supportable
Labeled patch panel, port-mapped drop schedule, and an as-built drawing. If something needs attention later, the next technician isn't guessing.
What We Don't Do
Scope discipline keeps the callbacks down
On the technology side, residential focuses on the data network and PoE security cameras — design and sourcing run through our Remodel & Design engagement. Everything else is intentionally out of scope — and handled by the right specialist instead of half-handled by us.
No Wi-Fi Cameras
Every camera is PoE on Cat6A. No batteries, no cloud lock-in.
No Residential Phone Systems
Phone systems live in our commercial scope — they generate disproportionate support load in homes.
No TV, Shade, or Audio Installs
We pull Cat6A to those locations on request — the device install goes to your AV integrator or electrician.
No Whole-Home Audio Pre-Wire
We don't spec or pull audio cabling. Speaker work belongs with a proper AV trade.
