Burlington, MA · Project Management, Integration & Trade Procurement

One project
manager.
Every trade.
Your side of the table.

Mezzoly plans, sources, and runs technology and fit-out projects as your owner's representative. We hold the trade accounts, you keep the trade pricing, and the only money we make is the fee you agreed to.

How We Work

A project manager
who isn't selling anything.

Most integrators make their margin on the hardware. Most designers make it on the furniture. That changes what they specify. Mezzoly is paid by the client, buys at trade, and shows you the invoice, so the only thing we optimize is the project.

01

We work for you

Mezzoly is not a reseller, an authorized dealer, or a referral partner for anyone. We pick the product that fits the job, and nobody pays us for the pick.

02

You keep the trade pricing

Materials, fixtures, furniture, and hardware are bought through our trade-tier accounts and passed through at the price we pay, supplier invoice attached. Our fee is the fee you agreed to up front.

03

We run the job

One contact, one schedule, one set of drawings. We scope it, order it, sequence the trades, and hand over documentation the next person can actually read.

Implementations

Delivered work,
and what it was bought through.

Every project below was managed by Mezzoly and sourced through the trade accounts listed on it. Clients are anonymized; references and individual engagement summaries are available under NDA.

  • IP cameras, access control, conference A/V
  • Fiber, phone system, and vendor billing stood up

  • Peel-and-stick paint sampling before the order
  • Lead-time tracking and delivery coordination

Low-voltage scope coordinated with the builder while the walls are open: a labeled wired backbone, PoE camera coverage, and a rack the next technician can read.

  • Drop schedule from the floor plan, closet location first
  • Cat6A backbone, PoE cameras, access-point locations
  • Pathway and rough-in sequenced with the electrician
  • Terminated, tested, and documented at closeout

Wired backbone in a finished home

Business-grade network and PoE cameras for a house that is already built: fished runs, a tidy rack, and documentation instead of a mesh kit and hope.

  • Walkthrough and run plan that respects the finishes
  • Cat6A to the rooms that matter, access points on ceilings
  • PoE cameras with on-site retention, not a subscription
  • Labeled patch panel and a map the next electrician can read

Structured cabling and MDF/IDF rooms

The physical layer first: pathway, cable, rack, and conditioned power, then the electronics on top of something that will outlast the tenant.

  • Cat6A and OM3/OS2 fiber, certified per drop
  • Racks, patch fields, PDUs, and cable management
  • Managed switching and PoE+ budgeting
  • Rack elevations and IP schedules delivered at closeout

How It Runs

From the space you have
to the one you need.

Mezzoly works like a general contractor for technology and fit-out. One point of contact, specialists brought in as the job needs them, and a schedule everyone on the project can see.

  1. 01

    Assess

Walk the space, inventory what's there, find what's slowing you down.

  2. 02

    Design

One plan across infrastructure, fit-out, and sourcing, with a fixed scope and schedule.

  3. 03

    Build

Our crew and vetted trade partners, scheduled around your calendar, not ours.

  4. 04

    Finish

Documented, handed over, and supported. Finished means finished, not 85%.
